  • Traci is a Reiki Master and Certified Angel Guide. She continues to study and develop her gifts as a member of Kyle Gray’s Angel Team, where she studies Angel Card Mastery. By tuning in to the intuitive guidance that she receives from her angels, and incorporating Reiki when requested, Traci creates a sacred space for her clients to receive the guidance and healing they need to live a more purposeful life. The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) comes from the Japanese word - Rei, which means “Universal Life” and Ki, which means “energy.” It is a Japanese healing technique that uses spiritually guided universal life force energy to promote healing by activating the energy centers of the body called chakras.  Reiki is a natural, gentle, yet powerful way of healing on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself and is an ideal complement to both medical and holistic health care treatments. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion or belief system.

  • “Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel"

Healthy eating & living seems impossible in the service industry…until it’s not. Here's the thing- Health doesn't work when it's haphazard, filled with inconsistent moments of healthy meals or exercise or based on an outdated "one size fits all" approach

Discovering how to live healthy and feel you best is nuanced, creative and personal; learn to shut out the noise of the health industry and turn your attention to the holistic habits and routines that will actually help you feel better. Stop “being” good and start feeling good.

  • Nicole brings a sincere curiosity and deep presence to her coaching sessions. If you are struggling with self-esteem, attacks by your own inner critical voice or dealing with residual grief, she may be a good fit for you.

If you feel stuck, Nicole offers conscious connected breath-work in groups twice a week online. Grief is held in the lungs and conscious breathing is a cathartic process of releasing trapped/suppressed emotions in the body. Her background is in Jungian-based psychotherapy and she incorporates somatic practices to teach her clients skills to be in the present moment and to pay attention to what is triggering their discomfort. This will bring sustained healing in your personal evolution.

Please call Nicole at 504-416-0590 for a 15 minute free phone session to meet her.

Calls will be returned within 24 hours.

  • Hello! I’m Lucinda Weed, a wellness coach, and herbalist. As your wellness coach, it is my role to facilitate your own awareness of goal identification and achievement towards living a healthier life. I will ask pertinent and sometimes challenging questions of you in the name of progress. Together we will take a look at the larger picture to identify smaller, more manageable goals to maximize your success. Following each 20-30 minute zoom session you will receive a recap email clearly outlining your goal and actionable steps we have outlined to achieve it. At the conclusion of each session, you will find yourself pleasantly motivated to make progress. I’ll remind you that life is a practice, not a perfect! Healthy lifestyle goals will look different from one person to the next.

While I am willing and able to coach people of all backgrounds on their wellness journey, my particular area of expertise is in helping current and former hospitality workers with addressing habits that may have been formed over their time in the industry. My many years working as a bartender allow me specific insight into the prevalent issues in the trade. Often hospitality can be exhausting and may lead to issues with sleep, diet, exercise, substance abuse, and more. Hospitality starts with self-care, and as they say “you cannot pour from an empty cup.”

I am not a licensed therapist and cannot treat, diagnose, nor cure you. If you are in need of the services of a clinical therapist or substance abuse counselor, We Help NOLA can connect you with the appropriate resources. My role as a coach is not to tell you what to do, though I am happy to recommend herbal remedies that you may find supportive in working towards your health goal achievement.

First consultation free | Suggested donation.

Click here to email us for the discount code.

Or click here to sign up via www.haveagoodthyme.com!

The first session is always free, and I am happy to offer sliding scale pricing to meet your budget needs. I recommend starting with four sessions, meeting weekly for one month with a suggested donation of $30-50 for each appointment.

I’ll look forward to holding space for you, and taking you through your wellness journey.
